I'm not your foe, I never was

I had another go at drawing the giant of a Witcher, Letho of Gulet.
This time it's a less static pose, but it's also a more complete, full body shot of him. This way I got to draw all the fun bits of his armor and gear while showing his sheer immensity and hint at some of his surprising agility.
I had fun trying to get the details of his armor right and applying things that I've learned since last time I drew him. I like the way it turned out and I'm especially proud of how good certain parts look.
For instance, I think I got a good likeness on the face and some of the shading actually turned out really nice.

Sadly though, my scanner really overexposes my drawings and I've yet to solve that issue.
I've considered giving up on the damn scanner and simply start using my camera instead, but that generates a whole other bunch of problems to solve.
I just wish I could get the digital image to look like it does on the paper I drew it on. It simply sucks to lose details in your drawing this way.
Well, this should do for now, but I'm still figuring out how to digitally process the images to make them look as good as possible.
